Herb Butters
Slightly soften butter and blend with chopped herbs of your choice.
Spread on cling film/ saran wrap, encase in cling film and twist ends.
Roll into sausage shape.
Refrigerate.
When hardened, slice discs of butter - serve with steaks,
fish, vegetables, potatoes etc.
Example:
Chive and Lime Butter is an excellent accompaniment to
simple grilled tuna steaks.
Herb butters also freeze well.
