Jan, born in America, is an international chef. She has worked in England, America, China and France. Jan has travelled, with a keen interest in food, all over the world. Jan has a diploma in food and wine from Leiths School of Food and Wine, London, England, a diploma from the Beijing Culinary Institute, China and a certificate in teaching from the City Lit, London.
